A small art gallery “pavilion” placed in a residential rear yard. (150 sq ft)
 
Chaiken/Hamilton Marfa House, Marfa, Texas
Restoration and remodel of a 1920’s adobe home. Work included a compound addition on a large lot in the middle of quaint Marfa. The compound buildings include a large screened dining pavilion, two freestanding casitas flanking an open-air pool house and a detached carport and garage with property line walls and private gardens. House remodel of a Victorian in Pacific Heights. The three-story house was completely remodeled and updated in a contemporary, open style with a strong indoor-outdoor relationship to a landscaped side yard. (4,750 sq ft)
 
Schoening Residence, 2307 Scott Street, San Francisco, California
House remodel in Pacific Heights. Reconfigured bathrooms and kitchen along with a redesigned central stair are the key design features of the house. (4,250 sq ft)
 
Chaiken/Hamilton Residence, 85 Park Hill Avenue, San Francisco, California
Extensive house remodel and expansion. This modern three-story house with penthouse and roof deck is organized around a central stair and light well while capturing the rear views. (4,750 sq ft)
 
Schreyer Residence, Unit 24F, Four Seasons Residences, San Francisco, California
Condominium build-out. Raw space for a three-bedroom unit was redesigned as a one-bedroom suite with open-plan living space for a collector of modern art. (2,900 sq ft)
 
Fassnidge/Veraeghe Residence, Sierra Towers, Los Angeles, California
Condominium remodel. The unit was completely demolished to restore the outdoor terrace and create an open-plan residence in a 1950’s tower. (2,700 sq ft)
